While William Shakespeare famously wrote, "What’s in a name?" the New Testament has much to say about the names and titles of our Lord Jesus Christ, because His name is “above all names.” Embark with us on a detailed study of the many names and titles of our Lord in the New Testament, because the day is coming when “every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)
We will know Him better as we study the meaning of His names and titles.

We're currently going through the book of Malachi, one of the last books of the Old Testament before the approximately 400 years of silence. We look at what the true meaning of worship is by looking at what God said of His people's worship and behavior at that time and derive timeless and practical lessons for ourselves today, while also being reminded of the steadfast love of the Lord.
Men's Fellowship + Bible Study

In our Men's group we are taking a deeper dive into the book, "Won by One" a very useful tool in evangelism and discipleship, not only for new believers but for those that desire to "go back to the basics." This is a tool that helps us to ensure a proper foundational understanding of what the Bible articulates and the overall implications for our lives.
Women's Fellowship + Bible Study
The Women's Ministry at Madera Baptist Church welcomes women of all ages! If you're desiring growth in understanding the Scriptures and fellowship with other women, then we would love to have you!
